Website
Every website generated with IaGenify includes a contact form. When visitors submit messages or place orders, they arrive in your Mailbox — a central inbox for all your website communications.
What the Mailbox Does
The Mailbox collects and organizes all incoming communications from your website:
- Contact form submissions — visitors can send you messages directly from your website
- Order notifications — for e-commerce sites, receive order details when customers purchase
Message Details
For each message, you can see:
- Sender name — who submitted the form
- Email address — how to reply to them
- Subject — the purpose of their message
- Content — the full message text
- Date — when the message was sent
Order Details
For e-commerce orders, you can see:
- Customer name and email
- Products ordered — which items and quantities
- Order date
How to Access the Mailbox
- Your website must be published and in live status
- Navigate to Mailbox from the sidebar
- Browse your messages and orders
- Reply to inquiries using the contact information provided by your visitors
Why the Mailbox Matters
- Never miss a lead — all contact form submissions are stored in one place
- Stay organized — no more searching through email for website inquiries
- Track orders — for e-commerce sites, know exactly what your customers ordered
- Respond quickly — the contact information is right there
