Every website generated with IaGenify includes a contact form. When visitors submit messages or place orders, they arrive in your Mailbox — a central inbox for all your website communications.

What the Mailbox Does

The Mailbox collects and organizes all incoming communications from your website:


  • Contact form submissions — visitors can send you messages directly from your website

  • Order notifications — for e-commerce sites, receive order details when customers purchase

Message Details

For each message, you can see:


  • Sender name — who submitted the form

  • Email address — how to reply to them

  • Subject — the purpose of their message

  • Content — the full message text

  • Date — when the message was sent

Order Details

For e-commerce orders, you can see:


  • Customer name and email

  • Products ordered — which items and quantities

  • Order date

How to Access the Mailbox


  1. Your website must be published and in live status

  2. Navigate to Mailbox from the sidebar

  3. Browse your messages and orders

  4. Reply to inquiries using the contact information provided by your visitors
